Family Empowerment is committed to maintaining membership in these groups to ensure we are informed and able to educate families on topics addressed in the groups.

 

UMass Developmental Disabilities and Human Services (DDHS) program

This program provides unique opportunities for us to partner in different ways, utilizing student service learning which enhances the student experience and creates opportunities for families to benefit from the students’ community engagement.

 

Western MA Coalition for Children with Special Health Needs

The Western MA Coalition for Children with Special Health Needs is a community of families, healthcare providers, and community agencies interested in sharing information on options for children with special healthcare needs.

Families, healthcare providers, and community agencies can learn from each other as they discuss issues and challenges they face in meeting the many needs of children and families. COSA Hampshire County

The Council of Social Agencies of Hampshire County (COSA) is a membership organization of nonprofit providers in the area that have been working together for more than 30 years. COSA supports coordinated and effective human services in our communities by facilitating the sharing of information on resources, funding opportunities, best practices, job openings and the needs in our area. Pathlight is a member organization.

 

Franklin County Resource Network

The Franklin County Resource Network Is a diverse service oriented group representing over 60 Social and Human Services Agencies. Striving to enhance the quality of life for the community and ourselves.

The FCRN serves as an information clearing house and source of mutual support for a diverse group of community service agency staff. Monthly meetings are facilitated by Community action. FCRN also publishes a monthly newsletter.
