Transition Resource Fairs

We hold Transition Resource Fairs in both Franklin and Hampshire counties. The fairs focus on future options for high school students as they prepare for their next steps once out of school.

The Department of Developmental Services (DDS)  provides a presentation to explain updated DDS services. The event showcases exhibitors from local transition and adult support service providers, who offer information about their current options.

The Transition Fairs are free, resource events open to the entire community.
